FUTURE FOOD LAB

We urgently need to make our food systems more sustainable. But how can we talk to young people about this in a positive and inspiring way? We wanted to find out, so we developed the European educational project Future Food Lab.

Our solution: It has to be delicious!

Our Future Food Lab has turned into an interactive event featuring plenty of tastings, hands-on stations, and games exploring various trends. Everyone can sample a variety of delicious, climate-friendly dishes and ingredients.

Developed and coordinated by us, with identity design and participatory expertise from Lichen Social Innovation in Barcelona and the Bio Lab experience of Buinho in Portugal.

We are especially proud that most teenagers rate our Future Food Lab event as highly recommended. And that those interested in ESD are eager to ask about collaboration opportunities.

Next up is the premiere of our Yummi Umami Dinner, which will be the evening version of our Future Food Lab. We’re also planning more spin-off events and school visits. Yippee!
