Hello

We are the design team Anke Lichtmann and Stephan Spieske, and we founded SALIKO STUDIO.

We develop and design educational projects, learning activities, and communication tools. They’re always varied and include entertaining details—to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure that content isn’t abstract, and make different learning styles feel at ease.

We offer learning experiences that encourage discovery and experimentation, hands-on workshops, and Future Food tastings. Locally in Bavaria, throughout Germany, and across Europe, we collaborate with schools, universities, fab labs, and organizations of various sizes.

We place particular emphasis on learning by doing, real-world relevance, and, of course, engaging topics presented in simple language. For people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds.

Our goal

Creating experiences that inspire people, bring them together, and make change easier for all of us.

+ BEST PRACTICE‍ +

Our European ECO CLUBS are officially recognized as BEST PRACTICE in adult education. So cool! Our very first Erasmus+ educational project. We developed and coordinated it together with the smart, wonderful people at Buinho in Portugal and Fab Lab Cuenca in Spain. A huge thank you to everyone! We’re Best Practice. Yeah!

+ THANK YOU, TEACH FIRST‍ +

‍We visited the Teach First Deutschland fellows at their annual training session in Bonn with our Future Food Lab program. The groups and their feedback blew us away. They used phrases like “a burst of flavor”… Thank you! We also appreciate the input on the topic of food in various curricula.

+ ANNIVERSARY‍ +

It’s been 10 years since we held our first summer course with an international group in the Bavarian countryside. Of course we’re celebrating!

+ UMAMI DISCOVERY DINNER +‍

We held the premiere of our Umami Discovery Dinner with European and local guests. The event is a spin-off of our Future Food Lab and introduces attendees to sustainable flavor enhancers and other food trends. We were asked if we could do this weekly. Awesome!
