Video series for Deutsche Angsthilfe

Support groups are a very effective resource for people with anxiety disorders. This is especially true when the participants themselves take on the role of group leaders.

Deutsche Angsthilfe asked us if we would develop and produce a series of motivational tutorials on how to start a support group.

We learned so much from this. Wow. So thank you, Deutsche Angsthilfe, for explaining your technical terms and materials to us and making them easier to understand. And thank you, Christian, for conveying that so empathetically on camera.

We're thrilled with the positive response to the tutorial series. Deutsche Angsthilfe has received very positive feedback.

This includes other support groups, such as those that like to watch our video on communication rules regularly as a refresher.

In the spring of 2026, Erasmus+ recognized our Eco Clubs asa BEST PRACTICE IN ADULT EDUCATION!!!
